Please read our no return/refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

We take pride in our products and ensure they meet high standards. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is wrong or defective.

Defective/ Wrong Items

We apologize for the confusion and aim to swiftly resolve this issue for you! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, name, and email used for the order. Specify the concern, including details such as the originally ordered product and the item received (including design, color, and size). Please attach photos showing the discrepancy, such as any defects or incorrect items received.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must have RMA number provided to you once the return is approved. 

To Start A Return

Go to our contact us page. Fill out the required information, and attach any photos you have, that support your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA number will be refused. The Play will not be liable for the return freight on refused deliveries without an RMA number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us for any questions or concerns.
