While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs delays for international orders.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delivery delays. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
